1. Swipe an icy shadow onto your eyes. "After your foundation is applied, accentuate your eyes by applying a champagne-colored eye shadow with a contour brush along your upper lash line," says Cosenza. "Increase the emphasis toward the inner "V" corner to provide a light base in contrast to the dark lashes you're about to create." MJ used a pale gold with icy shimmer by MAC Cosmetics in Nylon.
2. Line the upper inner rim of your eye with black liner. "Apply a jet-black liner to your tightline to instantly give the illusion of a fuller lash line," she adds. MJ used L’Oréal Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Liner in Carbon Black. "Then, sweep a matte black eye shadow below the lower lash line, starting at the outer corner, brushing it toward the inner corner of your eye." Apply MAC Cosmetics Eye Shadow in Carbon, using a smudger brush like Urban Decay Good Karma Smudger Brush.
3. Coat your top and bottom eyelashes with mascara. "Press the bristles against your upper and lower lash lines and then wiggle the wand as you go from root to tip to make sure you've fully coated each lash," explains Cosenza. MJ used Lancôme Hypnose Star Show-Stopping Volume Mascara here.

Boom, you're done. Finally, gorgeous lashes that you can bat at all of the boys.
