The 27-year-old actor, who is currently filming WWII epic Fury alongside Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf, was spotted holding hands with Kramer backstage after her San Diego concert on Oct. 26, and again the following night after her show in Anaheim, Calif.
Kramer is best known as Alex Dupre on The CW's One Tree Hill. She has also booked roles on Friday Night Lights, 90210, and Entourage (as a UCLA sorority sister). Eastwood, of course, recently made waves with his sexy, shirtless spread in the October issue of Town & Country.
