The leaning tower and the viewing deck overlooking the famed Chocolate Hills in Carmen, Bohol lay in ruins after a magnitude-7.2 earthquake struck the Visayas region early Tuesday morning, October 15. At least 20 people were reported killed when the earthquake destroyed buildings in and around one of the Philippines' major tourist hubs. Carmen was the epicenter of the quake.
